Conference 2023

Turning the Tide

Cross-Discipilinary Approaches to Sexuality and Gender

27-29th October 2023 | Eastern Poland

Turning the Tide indicates our interest in exploring together the growing recognition that banning therapeutic choice, denying the rights of autonomous individuals to decide their own trajectory of sexual identity, and the vilification of those supporting those seeking transformation of behaviours and attractions, is both unhelpful and damaging.

Once again speakers from Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australasia will come together to share the latest research initiatives and best practise. The conference is intended for IFTCC adherents but those who we have not yet met who are interested in attending can contact us here.

About IFTCC

YouTube video

The IFTCC exists to support providers who help those experiencing unwanted relational and sexual behaviours, attractions and patterns, or are confused with their gender or wish to de-transition. We are developing a worldwide network of highly-skilled practitioners, counsellors, therapists and allied professionals who offer research-based, scientifically grounded practise, and we are dedicated to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards. We offer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to maintain our Professional Register.

The IFTCC seeks to promote a caring, non-judgemental training environment where people supporting those who choose to move away from their unwanted feelings, behaviours, attractions and gender incongruence can find the support they’re seeking. We are also concerned to offer collegial support to those who support these clients through and a range of Memberships.
